Eva La Dare is an actress, voice-over artist, writer, director, and motion-capture performer born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Eva’s most famous role, as the voice and motion of Sheva Alomar in Resident Evil 5, gave her a great introduction into the world of video games as well as the award for Best Supporting Role at the MTV Game Awards and a nomination, with fellow nominees Jack Black and Mark Hamill, for Outstanding Character Performance from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences.

 

This first generation Jamaican-American with Irish and East Indian roots, began her career as a 10-year old triple threat. After working in professional theatre productions, commercials, and print campaigns for eight years, she traveled the world for three years performing as a back-up singer, dancer, and choreographer for Latin superstar Chayanne.

Since moving to Los Angeles, she has worked and performed with Michael Jackson, Beyoncé, Madonna, Ricky Martin, Will Smith, Shakira, Christina Aguilera, Jane’s Addiction, and Usher, just to name a few. Her acting credits include roles on Netflix’s Beef, ABC’s The Company You Keep, FX’s American Crime Story: Impeachment, CBS’s S.W.A.T., Shining Vale on STARZ, NBC’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Will & Grace, Netflix’s Dear White People and Atypical, the CW’s Charmed Reboot, FX’s Baskets, ABC’s How To Get Away With Murder and so much more. 

 

Her video game credits include Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, Star Wars: Battlefront II, The Division 2, Madden NFL 19: Longshot Homecoming, Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and many others. Capcom fans can also hear Eva as the voice of Elena in the Street Fighter video game series.
